Laura has a background in psychology and research with the Police, later joining the NHS to manage the Professional Support Unit at a regional and national level. She now supports leaders as a highly qualified trainer and coach, with a passion for health and wellbeing, as is our Head of Learning Design.

Emma has extensive experience in Account Management and Customer Service, developed over 10 years with a leading UK retailer, combined with previous experience in Finance/Admin roles in the training industry. She now expertly manages administration of our development services.

Emma has a background in insurance, banking and retail, bringing experience of customer service and finance. She later ran a successful small business, and now manages our trainer administration and finance.

Amanda brings extensive experience in building partnerships and working strategically across the public and private sectors. Her background includes enhancing organisational effectiveness, strengthening ways of working, and supporting leaders and organisations to turn priorities into meaningful development.

Heidi is an experienced personal assistant, office administrator and event coordinator/facilitator. Her background is in Early Years Education with a specific focus on SEN, across a multi academy trust. Here she developed her skills in developing professional workshops, courses and facilitated CPD training.

Alex’s apprenticeship is with Anglia Ruskin University, leading to a BSc. in Digital Marketing. He is looking forward to helping Dedici navigate in this rapidly changing environment. As a digital native, we are sure he will play a vital role in the future of Dedici! Alex is also our in-house musician, currently studying for grade 6 piano!

Rick’s background is in account management and customer relations, and he also has over 15 years experience in the healthcare sector. He enjoys meeting customers, forging relationships, and exceeding their expectations.

Laurence is a lifelong learner who started his training consultancy some 40 years ago. He was a pioneer of interactive multimedia products, and keen student of learning design for eLearning and face to face course development. He is a Dedici advisor and senior relationship manager.

Amanda has had a lifetime career in food manufacturing and is highly experienced as a senior level working on commercial multi-stakeholder projects. She brings much experience in developing and delivering training interventions and acting as a facilitator for change.

Andy is a highly experienced IT specialist with experience of technical consultancy and proven ability to deliver engaging workshops that motivate and engage with both the most experienced ‘applications’ user through to those who struggle with either the technical side or have a fear of starting out with new applications.

Bansri has extensive Learning and Development experience within Professional Services, NHS and Schools, with a focus on Coaching, Facilitation, Participating in Panel Hearings and Conducting Investigations. She is also an accredited ICF coach with experience of coaching those with neurodivergent traits.

Cara’s background is in the pharmaceutical industry and her experience includes senior roles in learning and development at a global level. Her specialist fields include clinical research, organisational transformation, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.

Ian has worked with the pharmaceutical industry across Europe for 30 years, as an employee and external consultant, with a specific interest in building high performing individuals and teams through enhanced leadership, coaching and mentoring. His clear purpose is to help people to be the absolute best version of themselves that they can be.

John is an award winning Professor of Medical Education (ASME gold medal). He has a special interest in assessment and selection for health care practice, teaching and measurement of professionalism, anatomy pedagogy and the use of arts and humanities in health care education.

Lyndsey is a learning and development specialist who has held various leadership roles within charities, public and private sectors. Her expertise includes project management, trainer development and she is a mental health first aid instructor.

Rachel is a qualified and very experienced trainer with a background of learning and development in blue chip companies both in the UK and Internationally. She has also undertaken past projects in virtual training. Her specialisms are leadership, communication, and behavioural change.

Dr. Kotecha is a medical doctor and leadership trainer specialising in wellbeing, neuroscience, and innovation . She is a specialist in “AI in Healthcare”, and Programme Leader for Harvard Medical School (Executive Programme). Reena empowers healthcare teams to lead with clarity, compassion, and adaptability.

With a background in the first line services in the public sector, Richard’s expertise lies in leadership development, including core skills and team development. He has a high level of expertise in utilizing psychometric tools to raise awareness of the impact of approaches on effectiveness.

Rob is an award-winning Professor of Medical Law, and much published of author. His specialist areas are clinical negligence, informed consent, mental capacity, end-of-life decision-making and advance decision-making. A highly experienced business leader, Ron’s talents lie in leadership and change management training, with an eye on the detail of the end user experience. With fifteen years’ experience in the financial sector leading major transition projects with a high level of commercial awareness, he now develops and delivers high calibre engaging people development programmes.

Stuart’s expertise, developed during a 40+ year business career, lies in team building, coaching, development, and the delivery of world-class engagement in the teams he led. His passion lies in helping people achieve their best, whether that be through 1-2-1 coaching or in teams.

Sue’s interest in neuroscience supports the delivery of training and coaching, to support self-discovery, enabling individuals to reach their peak potential. With extensive experience in career development and resilience, she has also delivered specialist support trainee doctors in the NHS.

Sue has a BA in Biology and a PhD with a very varied life science background. She is a much-published author in the field of HR and personal effectiveness. An NLP Master Practitioner she specialises in highly participative people development in times of career transition and change. Sue trains internationally.

Viv has extensive experience in HR, including learning and development in the pharmaceutical industry which has involved extensive collaboration with leadership teams on organisational change. Her specialist interest is encouraging self-led learning and agile learning cultures.
