Design
Our trainers receive a Design Matrix based on the most effective learning strategies for the delivery method, and regularly updated by our Head of Learning Design to ensure a consistent standard. Workshops are designed to suit to the target audience and project specification, ensuring relevance and impact.
Our design team includes award winning Professors of Medical Law and Medical Education, and also benefit from experienced L&D professionals with a wide variety of specialisms and a real interest in effective Learning Design.
We regularly introduce innovative new courses – our catalogue is revised several times a year with up to date, relevant topics.
