Public and Private Sector Development: Dedici delivers bespoke CPD for a wide range of public and private sector organisations. Our design team and training partners have a wide range of experience in delivery across such industries as Finance, Pharma, and Manufacturing, as well as Local Government.
We are pleased to have been accepted onto a number of national delivery frameworks as preferred suppliers.
Coaching: A number of our specialist facilitators are also experienced coaches. We use 1:1 coaching, group coaching, co-coaching and team coaching to help coachees reach specific personal or professional goals. We can also facilitate bespoke 360 appraisal projects with action planning. Please see our Coaching catalogue, or contact our Business Development Team.
Mediation: In addition to our workshop entitled “Learning from Mediators; managing clinical hostility”, Dedici also offers a professional mediation service for interpersonal workplace situations where it may not be appropriate to utilize trained professionals employed internally.
E-learning: Dedici has developed a number of bespoke e-learning packages. For example, we were commissioned by HEE East Midlands to develop 7 modules for Clinical & Educational Supervisors. We also have an e-learning modules which we use as pre-work in some blended programmes.
